My parents emigrated to the United States and worked relentlessly to offer my siblings and I a better life, and they achieved it. I was born in Lawrence, New York and since age 12 I worked every summer cutting lawns, planting flowers and trees, digging ditches and in the winter removing snow from some of the wealthiest families on Long Island. This hard work taught me the value of a dollar and hard work, something you need to know as a lawyer in Northern New Jersey. I attended West Virginia University where I earned a degree in Business Administration and graduated in the top 5% of my class and then later attended Rutgers School of Law in Newark at night. Once I moved to New Jersey I knew I wanted to raise a family here and I continue to be a Jersey City resident. While running a sales team in Manhattan during the day and going to law school from 6pm to 10pm four nights a week, my wife kept the house in order as our kids grew. I tell my clients or potential clients this because it is important to know that I am fully aware of what hard work is, I know the importance of family, and I know when it doesn't work out how it affects all involved dearly. My goal is to try and ease the stress associated with family law and criminal law matters while working hard to achieve your goals.
