Our Philosophy

The most profound reason for working in family law is because there is nothing more important than a person's family. The matters that families face in a divorce, child support, alimoney proceeding are complex and require an attorney with the ability to focus and remain calm under pressure is very important . I cannot think of anything more important than a child custody matter. The future of that child or of those children is greatly affected by the familial situation he or she is in. Making sure a child is in a safe, nurturing environment is of critical importance to me. In many divorce proceedings, parties to the action lose sight of the big picture, their children.

Regarding DUI/DWIs, the importance of providing a solid defense for a client who is at risk of losing his or her license is very important to that person's livelihood and future. The police have quotas to meet and are on the lookout for any reason to pull someone over that is susceptible to become nervous and administer the less than reliable field sobriety test and alcotests. Ensuring that the State proves its case as every client is innocent until proven guilty is my goal.

The Experience

The people on my team are trained to be "client centric." We focus on the client's need(s). Our main focus is not on the billable hour but on winning the case at hand or achieving the best result possible for our clients. When contacting our firm, a potential client will speak and or meet with an attorney shortly therafter. I meet with every client that enters our office. I ensure that our client is comfortable in working with me or another attorney who is on the case. If the client is uncomfortable, we will adjust immediately.
